Dovre Church
The present Church a cross–shaped⁄crucifrom timber built church with special slate cladding was built in 1736. It succeeds a stave church whih originally stood at St Olav`s Well by Bergseng. The baptismal font is among objects from the original church. The church was dedicated at Oslok, 29th July 1736. The church bells have Olav inscriptions even though the church was built after the Reformation. By the church stands the milestone "250 km to Nidaros". MS0703
